Long story short, they took 20 deposit, gave me a delivery date for Saturday. Friday my chat with the guy dissappear. I didn't receive my bed and lost my 20. 5 days later the guy messaged me asking to confirm my order, however in previous messages I made sure I confirm my ordered. He was then rude, blaming me for not confirming my order which I had. He said he would give me a refund which would take 2-3 weeks, the chat then dissappeared again, dunno if they blocked me. I searched Facebook and managed to find the guy's profile messaged him, no reply and then messaged in2 bed. They replied once now they are blanking me. Do not order from these people!!!!

I ordered a bed frame. Two men delivered the wrong frame. Whilst I was on my knees in my living room showing them the colour difference they helped themselves to 200 off my fireplace. Behind my back. I had to call the police after receiving abuse from one of them in particular. Who then repeatedly called my phone and messaged abuse. Then started with no caller ID Calls? All of which I have saved to show to trading standards. I see they have a few business names And changed their Facebook profile whilst sat on my drive waiting for the police. I put the money on my fireplace I live alone. Nobody else entered my house apart from these two men.
