        Never had any issues with staff here. If I don't find something when looking, I just ask the chap and he always knows where things are in his shop. They have some nifty craft bits also, the owner was happy to show me where he gets his stock and let me order though him if desired. Very helpful and polite. They've also got some lovely puzzle books that make great gifts for students and teachers. Amazing DIY stock also.

        Unfortunately can't put 0 stars very rude man refused to give me a refund on an item I mistakenly bought, asked for a refund and apologied for my mistake, started threatening to phone police on me because I said I was going to trading standards would not recommend this shop to anybody
