Really poor service with the hygienist not up to a satisfactory standard Complained at the time but forced into paying with a promise of the practice manager to call to listen to my issues this has not happened as evidently they are financially happy regardless of the customer experience

I completed my Invisalign journey today with Dr Patel, and I am so pleased with the results. The service given by all the staff was very sweet. This place has all the qualities and beyond expectations to other dentist. Highly recommend!

For many years my family and friends commented that I never smiled in our photos and I eventually decided to go to Batley Carr Dental Centre to see if they could help me. I spoke to the team first and they suggested I talk to Dr Kasia. From the very first appointment he put me at ease and explained each stage of the process of composite bonding. Im absolutely delighted with the result and only wish Id been brave enough to do this years ago. My treatments were done to a very high standard and far exceeded my expectations. The practice is modern, bright, spacious and the staff - from the receptionists to dental nurses are all very pleasant and friendly. I'll be recommending to friends and family. I believe this is easily one of the best dental practices in the UK. If I had another set of crooked teeth, I would happily visit again purely because of the level of service. Once again thank you ALL at Batley Carr Dental Centre youre amazing!
