Star Coaches of Batley

So after I spent day after day going around numerous transport companies, I came across Tom at Star Coaches of Batley, 1st impressions the customer service was excellent, very relaxed, open-minded and not pushing just for the sale. I had cheaper quotes elsewhere, but it felt right to go with Tom due to the connection we had created from the start. This gets 4 stars straight away for Tom's attitude and dedication to the team. Hopefully, it will turn into 5 Star after our 1st journey of many over the next 12 months.

My mum recently booked Star Coaches to transport my wedding guests between the hotel and our venue before the ceremony and on the evening after the reception. The service and communication were great, keeping us updated on the booking details and arrival times in the run up to the day and on the day of the wedding. Our driver was fantastic, and we really appreciate their help with the timely arrival of all our guests. Star Coaches made everything so easy for us and we would definitely recommend them!

Blocked off the full road like it was Pakistan. Attitude of the driver was disgusting & only once a traffic warden turned up did they move, in terms of public safety the driver showed no care loading the coach in the middle of the road

Booked star for a work day out and staff were great over phone. Really helped when so people cancelled and offered me a smaller bus. Arnold was our driver and he was brilliant so down to earth, friendly. Thank you star
