Alex and his team have helped us out immensely. As a small business it's crucual to be providing a good service to our clients, and client communication is a big part of this. It can be difficult to devote the time to excellent client communication whilst working on projects. The email management service first and foremost allows us to focus on projects whilst knowing that any emails we receive are being handled appropriately - ensuring clients receive a prompt response, and meetings are being booked or tasks added to our project management system. The call handling service is a godsend, allowing us to work uninterrupted unless calls are urgent, which in our line of work is huge. It means me and my team aren't context-switching all of the time and can instead crack on and work through our workload whilst being confident clients remain happy and know that we are listening to them. I will always recommend A.I.D. Support & Solutions to any and all growing businesses who need to keep productive whilst maintaining good communication.

Very quick to respond to my request for a logo. Kept to my brief with only a couple of minor tweaks to the design. Excellent value and great customer service. I would highly recommend.
