Ordered a beautiful bed of here which I received a few weeks later, although I had ordered a mattress as well and that didnt come, tried to tell me I didnt order a mattress which I had the receipt for, then proceeded to tell me that Id get a refund (only 1/2 what I paid) which I never got and then told me Id have to wait 2 days for my mattress to come which never came. Not to mention they never replied to my emails or answered phone calls. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company by all cost. They delivered the wrong mattress and was told its the same mattress that I ordered even though their advertisement mattress photo is white with a wiggly stitching pattern. The one they delivered was black and white with a diamond stitching pattern. With in 2 months the mattress has to big deep dips in it causing backache its so uncomfortable. Ive tried to contact them with the number I had for when it was getting delivered but all I get is, we are a delivery company that work for crazy beds and will pass on the message. Ive emailed them several times now and still no reply. So I emailed them off a different email and phone number Pretending to be interested in an item. And they got back to me straight away. When I did go on to my problem the hung up on me. The customer service is shocking please to no use this company they are scammers.

absolutely amazing company! definitely recommend, very fast delivery and bed is amazing quality 10/10 will be recommending to all my friends and family! thank you bed hunters i LOVE my new bed!!!

Excellent delivery, ordered and was quite worried but bed is good quality and delivery was as stated.
