        What a joke buys nice new beds for the whole family to find out when I unwrapped it my little girls bed was damaged and 2 weeks on they won't even reply to my messages

        I would not even rate them one faulty bed not willing to fix ..bad customer service lie to you dont answer fone or return mails.wish read reviews before buying the owner got no customer service skills.letting standard trader deal with them now. All month now had no bed to sleep in.

        I spoke to someone called Danny Ali who sells beds on Facebook Marketplace and he was very dry and had a very poor attitude to customer service. I wouldn't buy from him, who knows what might happen. I decided to go elsewhere where the guy knew how to talk to me as a customer and didn't respond sarcastically.
