Mirellas classes and workshops offer the perfect combination of mind-body connection and physical challenge. Her experience and knowledge of yoga are evident in her clear instructions and supportive adjustments, helping everyone in a class to feel challenged and to deepen their practise by meeting them where they are, regardless of where this is, and encouraging them to push against their own perceived limitations. Every class offers a different focus and is taught with integrity, showing a deep understanding of the philosophy of yoga. Mirellas classes were my introduction to yoga and I am so grateful to have found them. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Mirella is with no doubt the best yoga teacher I've ever had; her lessons leave you energised and with a sense of inner peace. She loves what she is doing, and this is something that comes across to her students.This is yoga from someone who has been offering it with passion and knowledge. Her workshops such "be balance" are innovative, and by learning from recent studies how yoga can help release not only tension but also difficult past experiences from our body, I can understand that her lessons are therapeutic for body and mind.

Mirella is a fantastic yoga teacher and great mentor! I've had a few classes with her at Well Bath and the sessions have always made me feel lighter and more relaxed!
