Gb Yoga Bath

Great yoga sessions focussed on strength, flexibility and relaxation. I've been going to Francesca's Saturday classes for 6 years. Francesca is brilliant and gives personalised, individual feedback during and after the sessions. Wonderful start to the weekend!

Over the past 4 years I have attended yoga classes with Francesca and she really is an amazing teacher. Her depth of knowledge and patient yet firm instruction is awesome, her knowledge of martial arts and devotion to her subject has been truly inspiring for me and has led me on paths I never would have dreamed I could be capable of. Also she gave one to one instruction to my partner who suffered a severe stroke in 2021 greatly helping and facilitating his recovery ( he had never done yoga before this) . We are both extremely grateful to her, she is incredible!. Thankyou Francesca

Love Yoga with Franscesa.. she was so welcoming and warm when I started! Her classes are perfect for me.. I have done yoga for a few years now! There are much more experienced people in the class and some newbies but Franscesca tailored the class for all of us to be challenged! Love it here! Its my time for myself!

Francesca is highly recommended yoga teacher with international experience having taught various world champions in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She teaches at the Gracie Barra academy as well as other locations

Great class in nice clean facilities. The instructor is very competent and makes you want to better yourself constantly.
