Very efficient. I think though, it would've been cheaper to mend my leg rather than the cats.

Well I'm lost for words, I have just returned from Rosemary lodge after going there with my mum to say goodbye to our 4 year old cat whom really was let down by you! You discharged him on Friday after being in since Wednesday, I rung in multiple times as he was for want of a better word completely incontinent, to be told that's great news and well he wasn't like that here! I change vets and find out today that should have been a big red flag as that was overflow leaking so this poor cat has been like this for 2 days, overflowing because he was blocked, no wonder he was so sleepy but you told me that was just the gabapentin! 3 general anestetics, 3 un-blockings, nearly 6000 between you and vets now! I'm asked why wasn't he scanned or x-rayed, good question why didnt that happen? He didn't have to end up with a stone stuck in his boy bits, he was 4! I will never step foot in your building again and neither will anyone I know, I shall be writing to the RCVS I want this investigated, and maybe the vet (Emily) who told me that him leaking everywhere was a good thing should go back to vet school!
