This is about CityDoc in general and not linked to any particular site, as in this case it seems they were facilitators for tests: A week now since taking PCR test and still waiting for a result, impossible to get through on the phone to query. The 50 is a booking fee (the full cost is 125), a note not made sufficiently clear on the website. So, test taken, no results, waste of money, should have just used Boots in retrospect. I would hope my experience a rare outlier, but looking at CityDoc reviews from other sites (which I should have done and I suggest you do as well), my experience isn't uncommon with many others who used CityDoc for Covid tests. I want a refund.

Terrible Customer Service -DO NOT BUY COVID TESTS Hi, I have used this company to buy COVID home test kits before my arrival from abroad. The tests are supposed to be taken on Day2 and 8. First of all, the day2 tests arrived on day 5 and the results were given on Day 7. Apart from that for Day8 they sent only one testing kit when I paid for two (for another family member). Their customer service is rubbish as there is no way to call them and the chat support is terrible. I had to wait hours before somebody started chatting to me and they were horribly slow in responding. Moreover, they just give you canned responses which doesn't have any relevance with what happens with your order. So my advice is DO NOT buy home test kits from this company as it will be a huge waste of money and time chasing them and you would definitely miss your test deadlines.
