Bought 5 "access for life" tutorials from Pretty Witty Cakes. Contacted the Academy as I couldn't access them. They sent a link to where I could now access them (prettywitty.tv). There is a problem with their security Catcha and I asked for them to sort the problem so I could access my tutorials - I was told they have nothing to do with Pretty Witty Cakes and there is nothing they can do to help me. So basically tough!! No access to my tutorials, no offer of a refund despite them having breached their contractual agreement with me, no notifications ever sent to say there were changes being made. So they have nothing to do with Pretty Witty Cakes despite their web address being the same and Suzi Witt being the face of both. Is it right that they can take people's money, change one word in their name and wash their hands of any responsibility? I don't think so. When they've scooped enough money of the next lot of customers do they change their name again and wash their hands of them?

Cancelled my membership after 2 weeks in. 2 weeks later I am billed again and I am told they can't refund me.

I read on the government gazette that this business has closed down with first notice of being struck off.
