Platinum Toyota, Bath

Since from November, 2022 I applied for mobility car.from beginning they told I will get the car between 5 or 6 months it means February or March even they told me maybe sooner if someone had cancelled,I called them in march they told me they are not sure about time but probably April I can go for collect it .today 3/05/23 Im still waiting , they are big liars and worse customer service and it was worse experience I had just I can say , Ive lost my time do not trust them this car dealer doesnt have any responsibility about customers .

Helpful staff. I was able to wait while my car was being serviced. Drinks were available while I waited. Shame their on line booking scheme doesn't link up with the loc dealership

So disappointing..youd think they would want to respond to someone interested in looking at a car. No one available in dealership. Then someone finally came out. Gave me his card with email. This week no response on phone or reply to email from two days ago. Im going elsewhere. Doesnt bode well for a new customer. The Manager needs to sort out their responsiveness.
