I don't normally leave reviews but our experience was so bad I'm going to have to! Booked for family swim this weekend. We had travelled far to get there and got stuck in traffic. Called to ask if we could shift our pre booked session onto the next session so we could maximise our time. Customer service on the phone was rude and said it would not be possible as you can only cancel up to 4 hours before. Got there (late) to discover you have to PAY (!) 30p for a clothes locker. The changing rooms were disgustingly filthy. Raisins, half eaten biscuits, crumbs, hair, dirty wet wipes and nappies, mud in every family cubicle we checked. Toilets just as bad. This place does not get cleaned regularly. Family swim was far too crowded - you could barely move in the pool... which was freezing! Tiny mosaic tiles falling off the walls left to a scatter on the floor by the steps to small slide which my young boy loved trying to eat. Needless to say we left. I approached the main desk to complain but was greeted by 3 young teenager staff with no manager in site. Hugely disappointing. Do not go here!!!
