La Perla

Myself and 4 friends went here for a close friend's birthday dinner. We were greeted by all staff into a venue that looked authentic to Spain. Our server was Steve, and he was a delight, immediately offering us water. He also gave us useful info on the dishes on the menu, and had charisma all the way through! Once our orders were placed, food arrived promptly, brought out by Steve, and his equally talented colleague. The food was amazing and close in authenticity to Spanish dishes abroad. Overall fantastic customer service and the food was incredible... definitely going on our next visit to Bath.

Lovely location and excellent food. The staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu. The vibe was very chilled and we spent a few enjoyable hours with friends and very much enjoyed the unrushed and superb dishes that kept coming out!

Edit: The new menu is not as good. Still super tasty but I miss the classics. The Bravas is a weird mashed potato cake with bravas sauce on top. It's ok, but don't mess with a classic. The ox tail was ace but the magic has gone in the overall experience. Some quite bland dishes... I'm gutted. This was my favourite restaurant. Best tapas I've eaten anywhere. And amazing wine. Super friendly. Perfect meal. Can't recommended enough. Eat here!
