Appaling customer service. I sent them some old photos to be scanned. Approx 2 weeks later these were returned and I was given a link to download the scanned images from. Upon checking, one pack was not scanned. I tried to call them but nobody ever answers, so I sent an email. The reply I received stated that they couldn't copy the photos due to copyright, ok fair enough but why not contact me prior to completing the order. On top of that, I was still charged for the photo's that weren't scanned and when I pointed this out, I was told they scanned more photos than I'd paid for and this covers the difference. A simple calculation of how many photos minus the scans I received shows otherwise. The scan quality was ok but their customer service is very poor.
