The company has a lot of growing up to do. I interviewed for them and made it through four rounds and met them in person as well. Their verdict in the end, I was not cut out for their (self proclaimed) fast paced environment and my ask was too high for them. FYI, I mentioned my ask right before the first round and being told in the end it was way beyond their budget shows extreme unprofessionalism. I worked for over three hours on the weekend making a marketing deck for the interview and presented to them (which they loved); I also travelled all the way to Bath to meet them in-person, spent over 60 to get there and the meeting ran for over 1hr. 20 mins, but somehow based on four meetings they decided to just not go ahead without giving me any feedback. They even advertised for the job to be completely remote and during the in-person meeting they mentioned they would like me to come into office once a week, which I was fine with, but I adjusted my ask based on their request and somehow I was too expensive? Do not waste your time and money with them! If their internal company culture is of this level, I can only imagine how their product and service would be like.
