From the first client meeting, the team at Deep Blue Sky not only understood our company's needs from a design agency, but approached the project in a completely unique way. Rather than starting the process with design ideas, Deep Blue Sky took the time to research and understand our visitors and demographic and through data, wire-framing and mood-boards, the final design was a natural evolution of the process and the result far exceeded our expectations. Not only have Deep Blue Sky assembled a great team, their approach is friendly, client focused and professional.

We partnered with Deep Blue Sky late last year to build with what we believed was a fully though out idea. Not only did the team at DBS get the concept immediately, but they also started us on a road of really focusing on the customer, thinking about their real needs and the features necessary to address those needs. During our time together we were repeatedly brought back to the question 'is this feature necessary'. As a result we changed what we believed were 'fundamental' truths about the business, dropped some 'must have' features and generally simplified our process. The end result was a website that fully answered our needs and gave us the solid platform we needed to build on. All in all working with the DBS team was a very professional service. Did I mention we had the odd laugh to!

Deep Blue Sky were a pleasure to work with; always suggesting ideas of improvement, many of which were taken on board and successfully implemented.Overall the relationship I had with the DBS team was excellent, from the account manager to the developers. Communication was always clear, jargon-free and requests were dealt with asap and deadlines were always met. I can highly recommend them as a supplier of quality, value and integrity. A very sound knowledge of football history too- which is always welcome.
