Went to see lovely Lee today and had a jowl lift would highly recommend as he's fantastic 5 stars all the way for me photos to follow later as only just had it done. Great little local clinic, Lee is so friendly and inviting, listens and really helps you with your beauty needs - he really knows his stuff and is my go to man, I always leave feeling amazing

I have never been treated in such disrespectful way by any company, business or even person before. I went to see Lee a couple of times in 2020-2021. In August 2021, I made a booking for a Saturday morning. The night before i received a text asking if we are still ok for tomorrow to which I replied yes all good. I arrived at my 10 am appointment to find the door locked. I called. No answer. Texted. No answer. Genuinely worried a couple of days later I texted to ask if everything was ok. I received a short text a couple of weeks later saying sorry issue with a guy. Although a note on the website to acknowledge customers of not being available would have been to my opinion the right and respectful thing to do. We all have personal issues, if I had let my customers down every time I had a drama Ill probably be unemployed by now. This could have been handheld better, I decided not to judge and remain a customer. I made another booking (1 month in advance) for a Friday afternoon in February 2022. Everything confirmed and all good now apparently. I took half a day off. Drove 35 minutes to Bath and guess what!? The door is closed again. I call no answer. Text on WhatsApp and message. No answer. A couple hours later Lee posted selfie of himself on Instagram and a video of himself singing in his car. A many more since then It takes a lot out of me to leave a bad review but on this occasion, it is well deserved. Lee is unprofessional and has 0 respect for other people time. Save your time and go somewhere you will be treated correctly.
