Timpson

In the past 6 months I have tried to go to Timpsons 3 separate times for leather shoe repairs, and once for a pair of trainers. But every. single. time. their response was that sorry no we cant fix that for you. The one time they did repair a shoe of mine, just to glue in an insole, they damage the shoe. They spilled glue on the outside of the shoe and didnt stick the sole down in the right place. So, when I went to pick it up they apologised and said there was no charge. Implying they knew it was a shoddy job. So, each time I went to Denmons repair shop close by and he repaired the shoes amazingly and re-did the shoddy workmanship performed at Timpsons. I really dislike giving negative reviews, but I hope that itll help other potential customers.

Brought my 2 month old son for passport photo. Said they don't do it anymore although the member of staff I spoke to was stood in front of a big poster which said "baby passport photos"

A man working today with black short hair and beard gave me the most horrible service I ever had. I went in there to ask for a refund about some shoelace that I bought and wasnt the right fit for me. He told me to come back and speak to manager about it. I explained I work long hours and this is the only day off I have. He got really annoyed and slammed the product on to the table. I asked for his name, because of how unhappy I am with his service. He wouldnt give it to me. He ended up giving me my refund so I can leave. In my experience working in customer service, I wouldnt do give this kind of attitude to a customer. I wouldnt even give a star if there is an option
