Stayed here for a hen do. Really good location, nice and central but made parking difficult. If you are a large group would recommend using a parking app and getting an uber into the city centre. The house was lovely but we could have done with more chairs (we had to bring a chair and stool into the living room for everyone to sit at the table to eat together), we could have also used some more glassware too. The hot tub was great and instructions on use were clear. The bedrooms were comfortable and fun decor throughout.
