Hot Bath

Good overall accomodation, we use this location for internal team meetings and there's enough rooms for us who are from out of town to stay for 1-2 nights, while the common areas (living room / kitchen) are great for team collaboration. Location is great, a short walk to the train station and to many restaurants / bars / pubs. Only small downside is the noise from the street, especially from students going bar hopping late evening. This is more noticeable from the master bedroom which has bigger / more windows than the other rooms. But that's the price to pay to be within the center of the city at the same time.

Bad service from Bath Boutique Stays! I booked 1 hot bath st. last month and paid already, but I met the problem that the door code the property sent me by e-mail could not use to open the door. There are 2 doors to access the property. The first door, password was correct, but the second was not!! I tried to contact them that night but there was no body picked the phone. So I had to find other hotel for that night. I had recorded the video for the evidence that I really arrived the property. Later, I tried to contact the property about the problem, but Bath Boutique Stays operator told me the door had no problem and did not listen any reasons and threat me no-show! Not give money back!! I tried to contact the agent that I booked 1 hot bath st. to help me to get my money back, but the property still not refund. So bad!!
