Lovely dining experience with some great live music. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our waitress, Lauren, was really friendly and accommodating with drink suggestions A real asset to the team there! The food was excellent and would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area

A most horrible experience Ive ever had. I had waited over 30min for my order and reminded the waiter(s) twice, yet no explanation was provided. While I was waiting, they never bothered to check up on me. I felt terribly slighted. When I finally had not choice but to cancel my order, they showed little empathy and their apology felt so insincere. It was meant to be my first dinner in Bath. Thank you very much for ruining it. A piece of advice for the waiting staff: if its truly super busy, maybe you could simply tell customers how long they will probably have to wait and double check theyre OK with it before you take their orders.
