Tourist trap! Avoid. Cant comment on the food but 3 for a bottle of water is excessive in my opinion. Coffee was small and nothing special. We were sat outside and they brought out the coffees with no sugar or milk even though we had asked for white Americanos.

I think there are better places to eat than here.

Not really good service, atmosphere is nice, goos location but the food just seem not specical, just normal. I ordered sandwich with egg and sausage but they bring sausage with bacon. Then when tell them that wrong one, they tell me that I ordered wrong or remember wrong, but not admit that they took the order wrong. Then ask me to wait for 10min to wait to change for the bacon to egg, what should be done in 3-5m only. Also the price is not right for foods and drink, expensive

Rude dismissive unfriendly unwelcoming staff . Over priced microwaved pasties quiche and lasagne.

Stumbled across this cosy little coffee shop as we arrived early for the roman baths. I had the eggs benedict, which was lovely and came quickly. Coffees were good too! It also completely blew my mind that it's the modistes from Bridgerton! (Was oblivious until I went to the loo and saw the photos). My only niggle was the staff. We were sat by the fireplace along with fellow customers and I could hear the staff having a biosterous discussion about school subjects. I understand chit chatting with colleagues is healthy in the work environment, but the volume of their conversation was very loud - all of us in the dining room could hear it. For me it put a slight downer as I just wanted to soak up the cosy and peaceful vibes of the cafe. It's also worth noting that a male member of staff shouted 'WH*RE'. It was said in jest and to another member of the team, but it was still immature and unprofessional.
