Caused the birthday girl to cry, so we left and was instead welcomed by The Botanist where we enjoyed a lovely birthday meal. Absolutely shameful conduct by the staff member at Adventure who needs to be trained thoroughly in customer service. It is definitely not the way you should treat guests and as a reflection, the company lost a 150+ order.
Members of our party have previously visited but we will not be again. Avoid.
