        I have had reason to partner with several recruitment agencies over the years and I will say that the service received from CMD was one of the better experiences I have had. The consultants really take the time to understand your requirements and work with you to try and meet your needs. Whilst you have one main recruiter supporting you, there appears to be a culture of information sharing so you feel that anyone you speak to knows who you are and what they need to do to help. Every contact I had with them was valuable and relevant unlike with some agencies where anything and everything is flung at you in the hope that they get a result, regardless of what you want. I would highly recommend CMD and the team there to anyone looking for a recruitment partner to help them in their search.
