Rooms: Room was fantastic. Very clean and quirky. People in previous reviews have moaned about undeveloped floors. But what do you expect. It's an old building. They have decorated well to fit the era of when building eas built. Yet it felt modern and like a home away from home. Safety: Own side access to rooms. With a lock. Hotel room door lockable too Food & drinks: We arrived at Bath earlier then our check in time. We had a drink at the bar and the variety of drinks was great. All locally sourced. Which is great seeing a local supporting other locals. We only had breakfast, which we didn't know was included. And had full English and waffles. Both delicious and delivered hot. Nice thick bacon which is always a bonus.

Fantastic location in the centre of Bath. A warm welcome from friendly staff. The comfortable rooms have everything you need and the breakfast is delicious Walkability: You can walk from here to all the attractions of Bath
