Very warm, friendly and hospitable staff and owners, thriving under new ownership and really do recommend to visitors to the city, a hidden gem.

We stayed in the Premier Inn across the road and found the Trinity P.H. quite by accident. Near, well presented, staff were friendly and couldnt do enough to help. Football matches were being televised but once finished, sound went off. Lovely atmosphere. I cant speak for the ales as I didnt try them but wine was beautiful! I left my wallet in the pub one night and staff went above and beyond in tracking me down and returning it. Thoroughly recommended by us! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful visit.

The pub has been closed for some time as has now reopened as an airy smarter place..the staff are genial..the price competitive and the ambience on a sunny spring morning perfect.
