Our agent used Ingenious Inventories to let us a property in Bath. As tenants, we felt really comforted by the level of detail in the inventory and that there was also a video to refer to if needed. This is by far the most detailed inventory we have received throughout our time renting. That we could also make our own comments to send both the landlord and agent went above and beyond our expectation of deposit security.
