Was a tennant under Violets management for 2.5years and it was a shame the tenancy came to an end (the landlords sold the property) Moving to Bath from Cardiff, signing up was very smooth with Vi-lets being very helpful. You can tell Violet has a lot of experience, giving a lot of thought for both tennant and landlord in a professional and considerate manner. When looking around a property and whilst checking the inventory on moving in, very nice and friendly. When pointing out anything which isn't on the inventory, very laid back, saying they don't expect things to be perfect but just write anything on your copy of the inventory followed up with an email so it can be put on their copy. Very unprofessional when sorting out any problems (if they sort them out)! Some issues were never fixed on moving out 2 and a half years later! After renting several places, all of which used an independent company to go through the inventory and have commented on the fact the places were looked after and more up together than when moving in. This is not the case with Vi-Lets. Upon moving out, everything was unacceptable and disgusting! The emails sent detailing any differences on the inventory were not transposed to their copy. This obviously ended up on a bad note and resulted in holding back some of the deposit!
