        Staff do their best, but there just arent enough of them for the demand. There are always huge queues, and the self service machines are hopeless.

        Terrible customer service, waited in a queue for 25 minutes with only one lady serving on the counter. When I was served the lady was very miserable and there was no apology for the long wait. Everyone in the queue was getting very impatient and frustrated. This isnt the first time that ive had this experience here either. Disgraceful.

        Twice in one week I've tried to send parcels but left and went elsewhere due to the long queue, whether this is due to lack of staff, training or poor management only they know. Previous occasions have been more successful. Perhaps having 3 members of staff behind the counter and 1 floating would raise standards and increase usage of the service.
