Larkhall Post Office

Extreemly slow service, avoid if you can use another post office. When asked why it was so slow they relied thay could not get the staff (Then pay propper wages and you'll get better people!!!)

Extremely slow service from male worker, greying hair, who appears to hate his job and hate customers more. No such thing as customer service - asking for a couple of stamps appears to be an inconvenience. Rude, Abrupt and intentionally slow service. Its a shame management havent acted on these reviews.

I've been using this post office for 10+ years and never had an issue. I use Larkhill post office every week for post, parcels, paying money in and withdrawing. My business partner also gets a few dog bits too from the adjoining shop. Always friendly and willing to help. Good covid measures during the pandemic. I won't use any other post office

These reviews really are telling the truth- the worst post office Ive been to. The man there is so rude, I encountered a woman actually crying and breaking down as they refused to help her when she was told to pick something up from this location but needed an extra code- she had walked far and was recovering from brain surgery!! There was no empathy or kindness to her ( you could clearly see she was struggling with her speech and was very shaky). I was absolutely appalled. Such a disgrace, the place smells too.
