Moorfields Post Office

Helpful and friendly staff. Post office / special delivery etc open until very late in the evening.

Staff member was amazingly rude and obnoxious, yes I had put another stamp from a post office machine on my parcel , which she scribbled over and charged me for another , when asked what she was doing was told in a very snotty attitude that you can't use a stamp from another post office , now I have never seen any signage to say this and if she had told me before defacing my stamp I would of returned to original post office , , the manager was stood next to say allowing her to have this attitude So I've basically been charged twice to post one parcel All in all a very bad Customer service attitude

Finally Found it! The Moorfields Post office!!! For anyone who is coming through, as a sweet reminder, the post office is located right inside the convenience store. I thought I missed the post office, or the information shown on Google Maps are inaccurate and outdated, not until after circling the perimeters, and enter the groceries store, the staff from the store are very willing and friendly to provide post office services, I.e. sell stamps and help deliver overseas letters. Great to get here and got the mission accomplished ! Thank you so much!!
