        "Some time ago we started having on-going problems with our Little Wenlock gas fire. The new parts we had fitted failed again after a few months. Lloyd was the first engineer who really knew what the problem was. He sorted it and it has stayed fixed. We were so impressed, not just by his work but by his whole approach that we asked for him again when a different problem arose. As before he was prompt, friendly and really helpful. Again we have every confidence that once again the job is done properly. Really excellent service."...
