        I have been trying to call the surgery for over a week, at different times but no one answered the phone. I believe this is not an isolated case. I have mobility issues and my repeat prescription is usually delivered but l am thinking of switching to another chemist. Not happy.

        The service is farce. I waited an hour for a prescription that was ordered a week ago. There is no system in place for dealing with people in the order they arrived in the pharmacy

        The level of incompetency in this pharmacy is incomprehensible. Let the school kids next door run it. Theyd do a better job

        Been phone the pharmacy this last week. Must of phoned 100+.no answer. I will be moving to another pharmacy who will answer the phone and help customers

        Does not answer the phone. When asking a pharmacist there why nobody answered despite there being 4 people behind the desk, he responded it wasn't his area.
