My husband and I were trained with Paula earlier this year and it was great experience. Paul was very friendly and professional and we learnt a lot about different ways of exercising too. We would definitely recommend her!

I was so chuffed when I finally found Paula. Id tried a variety of other PTs before but just got fed up and lost interest. Paula actually listened to me and tailored all the training so that I received the variety I enjoyed, whilst still working towards my goals. I lost weight (quite a lot), my strength improved dramatically and I now feel great. Paula also has a good knowledge and informed interest in nutrition and has given me great tips to improve on my healthy eating. Lastly Paula is fun and enthusiastic, that enthusiasm is infectious and for the first time ever I actually enjoyed exercising. Thank you Paula, forever grateful.

Training with Paula has made a great difference in my life. It was great to have a real goal to aim for and am pleased that we completed the 10K run together. It was a great accomplishment for me and all thanks to your training approach and plan.
