Had two sessions with Callum to develop and correct my technique for barbell movements. He was very knoweldgable and obviously knew his stuff. He really clearly explained and broke every movement down to make you feel confident and comfortable with being able to do each exercise. He's really friendly and chatty but also pushes you when its time to concentrate. Would 100% book wtih Callum again!

I would highly recommend having Callum as a PT. Hes helped me massively over the last few months on correcting my posture and bringing my shoulders back. Ive been able to notice such a change not just in my posture but my overall strength and confidence. Ive learnt a lot from Callum and I feel so much more confident in the gym and to be able to go in by myself and use all the equipment.

I highly recommend Callum- He is a very knowledgeable personal trainer with excellent interpersonal skills. I joined CC six months ago, and through this time, I have seen enormous changes in my physique and strength. Callum has helped me gain confidence in the gym and learn to trust the process.

Very highly recommended!! Callum's knowledge and commitment is very evident, as is his ability to assess his clients individual needs, fitness level and personal goals. If like me, you need a reboot, don't know where to start and find most gym equipment a little intimidating, you would be well advised to contact Callum.
