I have online classes and there are really great. Not only do I get the encouragement to keep going both in the session but outside it too, my positions for each exercise is corrected as needed. Because of these sessions I have improved considerably and I would completely recommend.

I have been working twice a week for a month with Guy both for strengthening exercise and dietary help. As I am unable to get in to his studio, he made me a video of how each exercise should be carried out - really helpful. I, in turn, recorded my efforts so that he was able to correct me. Guy is a gentle, understanding and fun coach and I highly recommend him.

Guy has been training me during lockdown and I have been really impressed with his services. He has a large selection of apparatus for workouts and his sessions are always interesting. I found his bespoke diet plan very helpful. I would recommend RTG to anyone.

I have never had a gym membership or done any sort of regular exercise since I left school 14 (eek) years ago, but I'm now well into my fourth 4-week block of workouts with Guy. He's pushed me to do things I would never have had the strength or motivation to do by myself, he's so encouraging, and he's taken the time to put together tailored workouts specially for me, bearing in mind my goals, my ability and how I perform best, and his 1:1 sessions are very reasonably priced! My whole body has gone from flabby 'skinny-fat' to toned just in time for summer. Thrilled does not cover it!
