George is a Saint! (Apart from being a Man U fan, he is forgiven for that, just about!) He helped me recover from a bad knee injury. I couldn't walk up the stairs and now I am riding my mountain bike! He is a gentleman and a scholar. Where at least 5 other people couldn't help me He succeeded. George is a fantastic coach. I have seen him for some years now and not only does he fix physical issues you may have, but he trains and educates. I now have a much better understanding of my own needs physically and nutritionally. Thoroughly recommend George.

George helped me rehabilitate my knees and shoulder. I am now without pain. I have lost weight, gained strength and improved mobility. I have also developed an interest in power lifting. He provides excellent training either in person or via Skype/Zoom.

I have been trained consistently by George for the last 18 months and can't fault him. From the start he has kept me focused on my goals by keeping it interesting and enjoyable, a lovely guy with a real positive approach to everything. I would highly recommend.
