Small steps become big steps, minor victories become major victories, and tiny progress becomes massive progress. The best thing about PT with Kiera is how she carefully chooses the exercises. She doesnt superficially guide you through generic exercises, but gives you something specialised and specifically chosen for you. Shes always ready to review, make changes and ensure youre on the way to accomplishing your mission. The other best thing is the genuine pleasure she takes in your achievements. There is no such thing as a small success. This is the most encouraging thing. A fitness journey is also a journey of self-discovery. I am looking forward to discovering more!

Kiera is an amazing trainer. Ive been training with her for the past 2 months and enjoyed every single session. Shes knowledgable and motivating, always pushes me just enough and a little more Im feeling stronger thanks to her perfectly designed workouts and I cant wait for our next sessions so I can continue my fitness journey. Kiera is amazing! She introduced me to calisthenics in Bath and taught me different exercises which maximise muscle strengthening in a friendly fun way alongside progression pointers and exercises I can do outside of cali hours. Highly recommended! Thank you for introducing me to such a fun and unique form of exercise!

I've made great progress since starting to work with Kiera - after many attempts at getting into gym routines in the past I finally feel comfortable and enjoy going and can see it paying off. Kiera is super friendly and encouraging, gets the right balance of challenge without undue pressure, and also has a great online set up that has helped me get the most out of my gym visits in between training sessions. Kiera is fantastic! She is so knowledgeable, motivational, hard working and patient. I had been away from the gym for a long time after the lockdown and had no idea where to start from! Training with kiera has really helped me to gain a lot more confidence in the gym, know the right exercises for my body and get a lot stronger. I highly recommend her
