Two weeks into a targeted strength programme with Abi, I fell and damaged my hand and knee! Abi was amazing and immediately switched to helping me rehabilitate. She cautiously explored my limitations and tested moves that pushed me gently on. I wouldn't have had the confidence to judge this for myself, but her close observation and ready response to my feedback has enabled me to recover fully. I'm now looking forward to moving onwards with her continuing support! I would totally recommend a programme with Abi to achieve whatever goals you have in 2023. Thank you Abi!

I have never had a PT before always tried to be fit and loose weight. Never quite getting where I need. I have been working with Abi since the beginning of this year. I have gained knowledge and strength from Abi tailored exactly to what I need and pushing my limits realistically. I have seen fantastic results which have helped my morale, fitness and wellbeing. Abi is the whole package. Thank you Abi.

I have been training with Abi for about 18 months. In 2020-2021 I was experiencing lower and upper back problems. My back was so bad that at times I struggled to get out of bed or out of a chair. I was seeing a fantastic Chiropractor and I needed to see him around every 3 weeks to get my body moving again. On his recommendation I started training with Abi. I am a retired 71 year old who has never done much exercise but I knew I had to do something to give me a better quality of life. Abi spoke with my chiropractor so that she had a clear understanding of my back issues Abi then made a plan to build up the strength in my back. At first I was frightened to do certain exercises in case my back seized up again. However, Abi was so encouraging and gave me the confidence to start moving again. I am delighted with the results. Since I started training with Abi my back has not become acute and I have not had to visit my chiropractor. Training has now become part of my lifestyle. I am truly amazed at the difference it has made.

Abi is warm, understanding and encouraging. Shes been patient with my moaning and believed in me when Ive not been able to. Her realistic attitude to diet and nutrition has helped me work through unpacking the synfull aproach I had to eating from many many diet club attempts to loose the baby weight. Her approachable cander has never left me feeling ashamed to discuss my recent insatiable hunger or desire for chocolate! She helped me set realistic and sustainable goals and see my body for the strong and amazing machine it is. Its no longer a redundant relic of child baring, but healthy, powerful and strong. I stay motivated really easily. Training with Abi isnt punishment for enjoying a meal with friends or even credit to permit a cosy takeaway with the hubby. Though those things still regularly happen. Im motivated because I know I will feel better when I walk out following my session with her. Uplifted, energised, proud of my self and calmer. Yes, I love the atmosphere of her Gym , the empowerment of seeing my body gain strength and range it didnt previously have. I also really love my redefined figure. But the best thing about training with Abi is Abi: she helped me find a myself again, and discover a whole new way of managing my mental health and nutrition. Her programme has given me a shape and figure that Im proud of but that is sustainable even alongside my love of good food and good wine. Shes become a friend and trusted sounding board and I cant imagine not training with her.
