        I been in Bath in Mountain Warehouse and I found a very nice employer Serena and very helpful. I tried to find a product but not in store. She's collected in Bristol to ask for the product because she saw me how much I like thease products. It was very nice and kind. I love to see all the employers like Serena !

        How not to manage a mistake! Bought a pair of ski trousers which were incorrectly priced - each trouser on the rail were priced the same. Sales manager was rude and told a customer who was waiting in the long queue whilst she argued with us that they can just go and shop somewhere else!
