After multiple issues with bulging discs in my lower back Lucy has been wonderful in providing relief to the pain and also suggesting exercises and ways to ease pain between treatments. Lucy is very empathetic and reassuring. She explains the treatment provided and is to happy answer any questions however random they may be! Highly recommend Osteopath.

I went to Lucy at short notice in a lot of discomfort. Even after one session, I felt much better and had lots of advice on how to make more improvements between sessions. After four visits, I'm back in the gym and injury free! Can't recommend enough.

Lucy and Sam are very professional, super friendly, and with huge knowledge, above all, I had a very positive and effective experience with them. Initially damaged my shoulder after falling while running in a rainy day. Then also bruised (possibly broken) 2-3 ribs! Treatment included dry needle, sports tape, and soft exercise/movement. All of which worked as magic, and I am now fully recovered from those injuries. I highly recommend them.
