Can't recommend Kate enough. Her knowledge of women's health and how to manage symptoms naturally and without medication is really impressive. She's helped me overcome very painful endometriosis without having to resort to surgery, and helped me get pregnant! Kate - cant thank you enough!

I have recently completed the new client package and I can honestly say it's been the best 249 I have ever spent, as my eating habits have been changed for life. I have lost weight, sleeping again , more energy and feeling a lot happier as well. I have a nutrition programme now that will be ongoing - it has worked so well for me.

I have spent the last year trying to lose the last stubborn half a stone, and failing! Then I booked in to see Kate, who after a very thorough 90 minute consultation, designed a 12-week programme for me. It was easy to follow, I wasn't hungry on it, and I didn't feel deprived at any time. I still was able to have a social life and enjoy a beer once a week. I saw Kate every 2 weeks for the first 8 weeks initially, and then just once the following month. I still follow the plan, and I can honestly say it is enjoyable!

Kate has helped me massively with my sports nutrition to enable me to compete in triathlons. Am achieving results I never thought I would. My recovery is so much better too, and I have kept injury-free. Thanks Kate!

I started following Kates recommended diet plan in March 2018 and havent looked back. A combination of three children under the age of six, coupled with starting a new business, had left me little headspace to think about what I was eating. As a result, I had got into bad habits and felt lethargic and unhealthy. But when I followed Kates recommendations, everything changed. Within a week my stomach was flatter, my skin looked brighter and I had more energy. I then lost weight too and my mood also dramatically improved. Overall, changing my diet has made a huge difference to my wellbeing - I feel healthier, and I'm also much more positive and confident. Thank you Kate!
