Ivybank House Care Home

Should have written a thanks a little while ago. Mum spent a couple of months there after Dad died before moving to a care home in Keynsham. The staff were great, and every time I was there some activity was taking place. Thanks again.

I cannot recommend the wonderful team at Ivybank highly enough, for the kindness, patience and genuine care they have shown towards my dear Mum over the last four years. The amazing activities team ensures there is something for everyone: from craft making to bingo, from singalongs to gardening. Whenever possible, there are trips out for coffee or to a garden centre as well as visiting entertainers. The dedicated and sensitive care staff work tirelessly. The kitchen team produce an inspired menu of restaurant quality food, adapting to residents needs. The housekeeping staff are diligent and good humoured. The beautiful home and gardens are enthusiastically managed by the energetic and meticulous maintenance department. Management and reception staff are always positive, communicative and approachable. Thank you to all at Ivybank and Brighterkind for giving us the peace of mind that Mum has been so very well looked after, especially during the horrendous challenges of the last two years, Alison Wagstaff-Dorrian & family
