My go to nail salon in all of Bath and Bristol. Consistently excellent - I've never had a bad set of nails. They always listen to what you want and have so many options. Always fit me in even if they are busy :)

In reference to the previous review I had a very similar experience. I have been a regular customer of your salon and I was planning to get a manicure & pedicure which I would be spending 70 for todays experience was NOT enjoyable, I feel highly disappointed and saddened by this - the guy who did my nails clearly just wanted to get my pedicure over and done with- he was very rough when doing things, I politely asked him if he could round my nails off to which he replied in an aggressive tone that the nails had been cut too short so I was left with my big toe nail jagged ( baring in mind with what I do for work I have to have a specific shape of my nails ) , he had such an attitude towards me so I politely asked again if he could please round them off to which he started raising his voice to me and I asked him not speak to me in such a tone as I was just making a simple request . I felt like he then didnt want to Carry on doing my nails so I said if he felt that way to which he then abruptly got up flinging his arms around and then went to the next customer who was waiting and I was then left sat on the pedicure seat with my nails not even half done and he then continued obviously chatting to his colleagues in Vietnamese about me- just simply VERY rude and I was made to feel like I shouldnt even be in the salon never mind be a customer paying for a service !!
