Recently purchased a home and I cannot thank Chris at Bath Mortgages Online enough for his incredible knowledge, confidence and help during the whole process. As a first time buyer I was very unsure of everything involved and what to expect. Chris talked me through the whole process and instantly made me feel at ease. I didn't feel judged or silly when asking questions, everything was explained in a simple matter-of-fact way to help me understand exactly what steps we would be going through. He was always prompt with his replies and I knew exactly what stage we were at during the whole thing. Honestly I don't know what I would have done without Chris to help me along the way so I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Have used Phil's services to buy our first place in London a couple of years ago (when I was a student and a very complicated sell to a bank!), And then over the last few months, we have re-mortgaged. Not only did Phil get us a significantly cheaper deal, but he arranged for us to borrow extra money to extend our lease. Our flat is now worth much more than we paid for it thanks to the long lease! I am made up. Cannot recommend this company enough - they have twice been the best investment I have ever made in my house. Hope to use them again in a few more years when we decide to move somewhere more sensible...
