Elliot is a nice guy but I wouldnt recommend for complex cases, he reassured me that the offer will come through and he knows what he is doing but after 8/9 weeks lender refused to issue mortgage offer. Anyways went back to my old broker who has experience since 1993 and he managed to sort me out. My broker did mention the lender Elliot was using would never give me a mortgage due to my situation. Elliot would be good for your simple residential and your typical buy to lets.
