        Ghoasted!! Spent ages filling in all details for a fairly simple remortgage, and got a phonecall from them before I'd even finished all the sections. Booked a call with them for the following day to go through the process and even got a reminder text in the morning. Then nothing... No call, no reply to messages. Wasted a good hour of my time, plus hanging around for a call that never came. We went with Habito in the end, who seem far more efficient.
