        Lovely shop and always nice things but found the staff to be pretty unwelcoming, in particular the Scottish gentleman whose tone was condescending to say the least.

        They wont take back items bought online with PayPal. I was told that they are in line with other retailers in this regard, which simply isnt true. I wasnt allowed to even exchange the items.
